# Economic model

REA is the equity token of RHEA ecosystem, which adopts the equity proof mechanism of BPFT, and the total issuance is 30 million. RHEA has designed the issuance mechanism of token through a strict data model, and REA can only be produced by magic box mining or liquidity contribution rewards.

### Distribution Model of Token

​**Airdrop mining 10%:** Get the airdrop token called GV, for staking mining

**Technology 10%:** For research and technology development

**Magic box mining 30%:** GameFi magic box mining

**LP mining 50%:** Liquidity staking mining​

Liquidity mining produces a total of 15 million REA, which are released linearly in five years, and the income is distributed according to 1-5 levels.

* 5 million in the first year
* 4 million in the second year
* 3 million in the third year
* 2 million in the fourth year
* 1 million in the fifth year​​

### Deflationary Mechanism

* 5% of REA will be destroyed when transferred. (5% of the sender’s total transfer amount will be directly destroyed during the transfer)
* 5% of REA will be destroyed when sold. (5% of the seller’s total selling amount will be directly destroyed during the transaction)&#x20;

Until the total amount of REA left 30,000 after the destruction, the deflation mechanism will end.

**Secondary distribution of destroyed tokens:** 50% of the destroyed token will be transferred to the black hole address for destruction, 20% will be rewarded to the Top 20 of liquidity mining, and 30% will be rewarded to 115 node users.

**Reward model of the node:** 115 nodes can obtain 30% of the total destroyed REA + 100% of the technology, a total of 5 million REA rewards.
