# Staged ecological layout

It’s so easy to build a city, but it’s so difficult to build a city’s ecology. No matter how beautiful a city is, if no one exists, it’s just a dead city.

In addition to rich ecological applications, a complete Web 3.0 ecology must have sufficient traffic support. Compared with the underlying infrastructure, top-layer applications are more likely to become the largest “traffic portal” in the entire ecology.
