Theobald is the project director of RHEA and graduated from the Department of Mathematics and Finance, University of Chicago. He has worked with numerous portfolio companies including Dapper Labs, Flow, Compound, Avalanche, Near, Really and Dfinity. Good at actuarial science, risk analysis, pricing model, etc., mainly responsible for designing the business model of RHEA.

**Vincent Dixon**

Vincent Dixon is the CTO of RHEA and graduated from the Engineering and Computer Science, University of Sydney. He used to be a technical researcher of BRI, a large blockchain research institution, and is good at implementing various products of Web 3.0. He is the technical leader of RHEA, and realizes the construction of the Web 3.0 full-ecological integrated business entity of various mainstream chains for RHEA.

Christina is the Director of Global Operations at RHEA and is responsible for the operational promotion of all ecological products within RHEA. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Management Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and was former Director of Strategic planning and M\&A at Goldman Sachs and a former Senior Vice President at Warburg Pincus.
